It is said to be the most common hormonal disorder in women during their reproductive ages, affecting anywhere between five to ten percent of individuals, including those of all nationalities and ethnicities.Â
What are some common symptoms of PCOS?Â
The type of symptoms a woman experiences varies from patient to patient. Below are just a few of the combination of characteristics a woman might notice if she has PCOS:Â

- Excessive hair growth on the face and body
- Infertility/reduced fertility
- Polycystic ovaries
